Blockbuster office sales and major leases for fast-growing tech companies defined the commercial real estate market in 2013.
The finalists in the various office categories in the 2013 Bay Area Real Estate Deals of the Year were extremely competitive. Big names such as Visa, Intuit and Google dominated San Francisco leasing while sales of historic properties such as the Monadnock Building and the opening of new projects, such as Foundry Square III, all make for compelling stories.
At our Real Estate Deals event on March 25, we’ll reveal all the winners across some 25 categories. Until then, we’ll share groups of finalists to give you a sense of which projects and deals have thrown their hats in the ring. Today, we’ll spotlight office projects.
