The finest place to trick-or-treat is Noe Valley, according to Zillow.
Zillow used the following metrics to declare the tony enclave the best: population density, walkability, crime data — and, of course, value of homes.
Homes there fetch an average of $1.43 million, according to Business Insider, and also “boasts a ton of sidewalks.”
