An uptick in deals and tenant activity has yet to push the Tri-Valley office market out of the stagnant state it’s been in the last several quarters.

Still, with office leasing increasing at a rapid pace in San Francisco and the Peninsula, secondary markets like the East Bay could start picking up speed.
