For Prometheus Real Estate Group, the path to distinction in the leasing experience includes a guest card that turns tedium into fun. Typically, industry guest cards are dry, impersonal affairs. Prometheus Real Estate rebranded their guest cards as Won’t You Be My Neighbor cards and included a few humorous surprises like these questions:

Reaction from prospective renters (whom Prometheus refers to as “Future Neighbors”) has been overwhelmingly positive.

“We wanted to turn the tedious work of apartment hunting into something memorable and enjoyable,” said Cindy Park, Prometheus Real Estate Groups Vice President of Marketing. “Our approach included taking a fresh look at the language we used on our collateral pieces such as our Won’t You Be My Neighbor card.”
