Kidder Mathews, a West Coast commercial real estate firm, continues to grow its Bay Area operations by adding veteran talent to head up its added service lines in the firm’s Bay Area offices. The largest firm in Seattle, with 400 professionals and staff, expanded to the Bay Area market 6 years ago, and now has over 70 people in 3 Northern California offices; San Francisco, Redwood Shores, and San Jose. The firm’s typical brand format is a full-service offering including brokerage, property management, and valuation advisory services for all property types including office, RD, life sciences, industrial, retail, investments, and corporate services.

Nanci Vega has been named Vice President and will head up the property management group in the Bay Area. She has spent 14 years in the asset management industry and was most recently a VP Asset Manager for WCV Commercial Properties which manages 23 million square feet of industrial space for Walton Street Capital. Prior to that she was an asset manager investment analyst with UBS Realty Investors.

Brad Paul, a senior consultant with the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, has been named manager of the Valuation Advisory Services division, and will lead the growth of that group in the Bay Area. He has been a commercial real estate appraiser and consultant in the Bay Area for 25 years working for firms such as Navigant Consulting, Bridge Capital Partners, and Joseph J. Blake Associates. He is also called upon for expert testimony for both Federal and California State Courts. Brad is joined by his associate Peter An, JD.
