firm, achieved a sales volume of $1.5 billion in 2012, making it the

Luxury sales now comprise almost one-third of total transactions,

in San Francisco. Nearly one out of nine real estate transactions
last year involved a Zephyr agent, representing either the buyer or
the seller. This equates to over 11 percent of the single-family

two-to-four unit buildings sold in San Francisco, 38 percent ahead of
